What are you trying to achieve by providing your own versions of JAXB and JAX-WS? This is really only necessary in standalone Java SE 5. It's not needed in Java EE 5 or newer.
Java SE 6 already provides an implementation of JAXB 2.1 and JAX-WS 2.1.
JBossAS 7.x comes with JAXB 2.2 and JAX-WS 2.2, as required by the Java EE 6 spec.
Thanks for the replies.
@Stephen, Prior to this migration, we attempted migration from Jboss 4.3 to Jboss AS 5. Since Jboss 5 inbuilt Jax-ws Libraries got lower versions, we added the latest jax-ws vesrions in the endorsed library folder of the JRE. So inorder to stick to the same JAX-WS version used by the application, we wanted to stick to the same approach for migration to JBOSS 6.1.0.Alpha as well.
But since the class loading behavior is different, that has not worked. But we have not tried with the Inbuild JAX-WS libraries of Jboss AS 7.X. I think it should work. Thanks for your inputs. We will try that out as well.
