The issue I see in the log is

  Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: No enum const class javax.ejb.TransactionManagementType.CONTA\DDNER

I see several issues where the letter 'I' is shown as \DD.

Could you check that there is no encoding problem within the sources?
