How can I configure project or Jboss 4.2.2GA for working with CDI. What libs should I use?

You can use weld-servlet http://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Corg.jboss.weld.servlet%7Cweld-servlet-core%7C2.1.0.Final%7Cjar

See Chapter 18. Application servers and environments supported by Weld for details. Do not expect integration with EJBs and other EE component. Note that this combination is not tested at all so you may run into other issues.
