In 2.6.0.Beta3 primary key 'id' changed to 'identifier' in class RelationshipIdentityTypeEntity

Greetings all,

I noticed that in 2.6.0.Beta3 primary key 'id' changed to 'identifier' in Entity bean class RelationshipIdentityTypeEntity. This is different than the primary key in previous version of RelationshipIdentityTypeEntity and different than the primary key name of all other entity beans in PicketLink. I am guessing this is a mistake as it unfortunately makes upgrading a PITA without any real gain here. It's also inconsistent. I assume this is a defect right?

Hi Stephen,

I've created the following JIRA to track this out https://issues.jboss.org/browse/PLINK-371. It was probably a mistake.

Btw, the simple schema is only a mapping example using the JPA annotations. You can always use them to create your own entity model to better fit your requirements, using the simple schema as an example or not.
