yes, although it's not recommended and disabled by default due to it's uncontrolled behavior. Check BPMN2 spec about uncontrolled behavior and here you can find system property to enable it.

yes, it should be possible to set conditions on the sequence flows as per BPMN2 spec. Though I haven't tested that in designer nor eclipse bpmn2 plugin. If it does not (event though uncontrolled flow is enabled) please drop a jira for it.

Hi. I use the eclipse bpmn2 designer and there you can not enter a condition for a sequence flow. You can only enter a Name and a Documentation.
