No "features:" command list in my installation(fuse-4.2.0)

i have downloaded the windows zip file "apache-servicemix-4.2.0-fuse-02-00.zip"

(66.54) mb .when i run the servicemix.bat file and press "tab" ..i dont get the "features" commands.what could be the problem

I've tested the fuse-4.2.0 02-00 kit and see the features commands when I 'tab' the command line.

Have you set any container level locking configuration to a low start level?
