JMS error

I am getting below error

009-09-17 00:19:14,851 WARN [org.jboss.mq.Connection] Connection failure, use javax.jms.Connection.setExceptionListener() to handle this error and reconnect
org.jboss.mq.SpyJMSException: No pong received; - nested throwable: (java.io.IOException: ping timeout.)
Caused by: java.io.IOException: ping timeout.

i want to know is there any way to restart the JMS Service from jmx console

jboss version i am running is 4.0.4
