I have recently moved to Jboss 7.2 after using OC4J. The application works fine. On server startup, I get a message of log4j initialized. 

However my individual application log files are not getting getting generated. The same logs are appended in server.log but I need the individual application logs to get updated. The same worked fine in OC4J.
