1. Re: Configuring two nodes in cluster
karminder.singh Sep 6, 2016 2:59 AM (in response to karminder.singh)Hi,
Apologies for hitting "post" before writing the actual question.
I have used infinispan 2.5 years back and I worked on 6.0.0 version. Have started working again on it, and my problem is very basic. I am not able to configure it in cluster mode(replication or distribution). I have done it in the past and I know the is something very basic that I am missing, but as it happens I am not able to figure it out. Hence seeking help here. Details of the system(s)
1. Windows 10, 64 bit, 8 GB RAM
2. OEL 6.4, 64 bit, 240 GB RAM
I am also attaching configuration files of jgroups and infinispan.
Will be grateful if someone can point out the mistake
Thanking in advance,
Karminder

sebastian.laskawiec Sep 7, 2016 2:32 AM (in response to karminder.singh)A while ago I answered a related question here: Replication is not happening with Infinispan 8.2.2
However your case is a bit different. At first you need to migrate your configuration files to the new schema. 6.0 is terribly outdated. Then, I would suggest creating your JGroups configuration from scratch (based on default UDP for example).
I also did the initial step - took your configuration and applied minimal set of changes here: Example · slaskawi/infinispan-simple-tutorials@887759c · GitHub
