Too many open files issue on linux OS, when trying to insert large number of rows in a table with a blob column

We are facing too many open files issue on Linux 6.5 OS.

I am trying to batch insert large number of rows in a table that contains a blob column. I am trying to stream blob data.
Attached is output of lsof command of linux server
