I have two optional parameters in Same URL. How to use it

To do what? Do you want to call them from Teiid? If yes, then build that portion of the URL dynamically based on whatever input you are giving to the procedure.

If on REST API, you may need two different procedures, one supporting

htttp://localhost:8080/testvdb/testview/get/{id}
htttp://localhost:8080/testvdb/testview/get/{id}/name
