Non Jboss-specific question : toString method

Well, I need to use a customized toString method, that will be called from an interface. I've already overrided it in my bean class, but it doesn't work.
Anybody has an idea ?

You are outside the spec here, since it does not define to change EJBObject
implementation.

In jboss you would write your own client interceptor and put it first in the
client stack.
