Seam Generate Entities not detecting Many-To-One

When I try MyEclipse EJB3 reverse engineer the entities are generated correctly. When I use the one that comes with JBDS the entity classes include IDs of the referenced tables rather than the class.

Is this a bug? I am using MySQL 5.0 in both IDEs.

I have resolved this issue. It appears my database profiles were mixed up. I deleted the one I didn't want and then Seam generated the entities correctly.
