How to get the list of ALL topics/queue and users?

How can I get the list of ALL the current topics/queue and users (with their status - connected or disconnected)?

You can get a list of topics/queues by getting a connection to the MBeanSever and asking for all ObjectNames in the jboss.mq.destination domain.
