Mail sent by JSP

Hi.
I need to send an e-mail from JSP. I don't understand JavaMail - I've read the whole API and some of the sources in JBoss, but I still can't make it work.
Can you, please, help me? I need a how-to example, so I could implement it fast.
All the info (from, to, subject...) is put into beans in the JSP, but I don't know how to send the mail.

JavaMail and java messaging (JMS) are quite different
things. Both involve sending "messages" of some sort
but otherwise don't have much in common.
