How can I create Destinations At Runtime

I am using JBoss ver 2.4.1 , I am not able to create new Destinations at runtime through my application , even documentation says , /conf/default/jboss.jcml needs to be updated for creating new destinations such as -



These are default destinations , if user needs to create new destination following needs to be appended

but , this forces to edit file manual , I need some resolution for creating destinations at runtime

I need to do the same thing and cannot figure out how. I have purchased and read the online manual, but everything in there show how to do this via config files, not at runtime.
