pre-compiled web-console

Dear reader,

is there a (pre-)compiled web-console?
JBoss 4.0.0 only has a version with .jsp.

For production enviroments we only use jre and thus can't compile using a jdk.

You mean JMX console? You can compile them using Jasper and then create a JMX console .war file with the precompiled JSPs.
