Unzip the distribution into a directory.
In the bin sub-directory use run.bat to start the server.

I stand to be corrected though!
You can install your beans by copying them in the
deploy sub-directory.
I'm assuming you've already got a working java
runtime environment.

adolf1a Dec 11, 2001 2:29 PM (in response to adolf1a)I did that and it unzips into a blob? No dir structure is created ie../bin /lib.... I did the same thing with my Ant install...Same thing... I down loaded of your site and the source? I have even tried different versions? What I want to install is the 2.4.4-tomcat edition and test it with a test app. Any suggestions?
