Would anyone be willing to explain step-by-step what they did to use MySQL with JBoss?

I have installed and run both, but separately, now I would like to use MySQL as the default datasource in JBoss.

I am using JBoss-2.4.3_Tomcat-3.2.3 & MySql 4.0.0-alpha-max.

Neither this site nor the MySQL web site seems to have a detailed explanation of how to do this, but I can tell from reading the forums that a number of people have succeeded in doing this. Please help!
