[jboss-2.4.4]
I've been trying to create a classpath extension in jboss.conf to a directory on a drive that is not the same drive as jboss. I've tried at least 10 permutations and haven't had success with any of them. All fail with the same exception as follows except for the specific invalid value:
javax.management.MalformedObjectNameException: ObjectName: Invalid value -> D:\stuff\
at javax.management.ObjectName.(ObjectName.java:161)
at org.jboss.util.ClassPathExtension.preRegister(ClassPathExtension.java:56)
at com.sun.management.jmx.MBeanServerImpl.preRegisterInvoker(MBeanServerImpl.java:2245)
at com.sun.management.jmx.MBeanServerImpl.createMBean(MBeanServerImpl.java:765)
at javax.management.loading.MLet.getMBeansFromURL(MLet.java:540)
at javax.management.loading.MLet.getMBeansFromURL(MLet.java:369)
at org.jboss.Main.(Main.java:180)
at org.jboss.Main$1.run(Main.java:110)
at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method)
at org.jboss.Main.main(Main.java:106)
I've tried:
d:\stuff\
d:/stuff/
/d:/stuff/
\d:\stuff\
file:d:\stuff\
file:d:/stuff/
file:/d:/stuff/
file:\d:\stuff\
file:/d:/stuff/
file:/d:/stuff/
So what am I missing?
TIA!
