Submitting a form from Rich Modal Panel

Hi,
Iam trying to submit a form from a richfaces modal panel, its getting submitted even if there is a validation error, how to control it,Please suggest me on this.

Have you tried to read about Modal Panel forms requirements?

1) there should be a form inside the modal itself.
2) and should not be form around such panel.
