    jBoss, how about jBull !

The Quick Start Guide Details Template Projects that will get me going in no time, yet apparently is not compatable with current release. Template Project is no where to be found. QSG for IDE mentions wonderful XDoclet deployment features but offers no samples. Forums don't work. Posts are not responded to.

Can someone please offer an alternative to someone who just wants to learn more about ejb's.

It *is* true that there are many messages on the forums where the number of replies equals 0.

Yes you are right, it *is* true that there are many messages on the forums where the number of replies equals 0.

The reason for this tends to be :-

The person asking the question has provided next to no information on the problem e.g. Full description, JVM version, OS version, JBoss version, stack traces, error messages, deployment descriptors etc..

The question being asked has been answered loads of times before. The forums do have a search facility.

The question has been cross posted to multiple forums.

The person asking the question obviously can not be bothered to try and work anything out themselves.

The person asking the question thinks that open source means free and will not buy the JBoss documentation.

The problem has never been experienced by anyone else that is reading the forums.
