Have you searched the forum, a number of people have been looking at running JBoss on Windows 98 recently.

Describe your problem fully, including stack traces. Otherwise you have got no chance of getting any help, so far all I can tell is that you can't run JBoss.

Also what is your JBoss version and JDK version? Have you followed the getting started guide to get things set up?
