install jboss 4 on a already jakarta tomcat 5

Hi I have one server with jakarta-tomcat-5.0.25 it it running perfectly well, but now I have one case of one student that want to use one EBJ to connect to Oracle and I thought in jboss for registering the EBJs .

How I could install Jboss to working with this jakarta-tomcat-5.0.25 ?

JBoss already has tomcat 5 built in. I assume you can copy the same .war file over and have it work. The EJB stuff your student will have to figure out himself.
