Encrypting DataSource Passwords with jvm 1.3

Hi all!

I´ve tried Encrypting DataSource Passwords with jvm 1.3 and I didn´t get it, just with jvm 1.4. Does anybody knows if it works with jvm 1.3?

No, jdk 1.3 and the jce extension package do not support PBE. jdk 1.3 is such an old out of date release with so many bugs no one should be using it.
