    Java Core Dump Problem

    manishmca

I am using Jboss-3.2.6. I have a J2EE application configured in it. I am using Java-1.4 for 64-bit. I have IBM AIX platform for 64-bit. The problem is when I start the Jboss, I am getting "java core dump" message in it. It creates two files namely "heapdump" and "javacore". The startup process proceeds after this successfully. I am not facing any hitch in operating the Application. But this "java core dump" issue is hindering the performance of my Application.

Is there any way out to resolve this issue. So that I can optimize my Application's performance.

Do your really expect any help without providing at least some usefull information on the java core dump itself (e.g. more detailed error messages) ?!?! There are only a few clairvoyants out there....
