Where can I find bindingservice-plugin.jar?

This plugin is required for creating multiple JBoss instances but this file is not in the 4.04RC1 distribution and I cannot find a link to a download page anywhere.

Sorted - wasn't installed as part of the minimal install I performed - a full install also installs the required JAR
