How to add additional ports in sample-bindings.xml

I want to have a configuration till ports-14 in the sample-bindings.xml. How do I update the sample-bindings , is there a tool available for generating ports configs.

Yes, it's called "copy&paste" :)

Or, if you want to write one (xslt based?) and contribute it back :)
