ERROR: invalid console appender config detected, console str

    shilpa ms Newbie

I have put the a war file in the server deploy directory and started the application. The server is displaying the error ERROR: invalid console appender config detected, console stream is looping and not moving forward.

I have my own log4j.xml file for my application.

Please can any one help me in resolving this issue??

          Hi,

how did you activate your own log4j.xml? Post the content of log4j.xml (remember to wrap it in "[ code ]" tags here in the forum).

Then someone else (not me, I am no Log4J guru ;-) ) may help.

          Best regards

          Wolfgang
