Is it possible to use JNDI in the work instance ?
In fact I want to use a work instance in order to listen TCP/IP inBound messages and dispatch the message to the EJB. I don't want to use message driven bean.

For an MDB, you can get the MDB's java:comp environment by invoking
MessageEndpoint.beforeDelivery()
