JBoss303 examples and docs - where are they?

I've just downloaded and installed the 'JBoss-3.0.3.zip', but can't find any examples or docs.

Are they in a separate download or what?

I've downloaded the file...

JBoss.3.0TemplateAndExamples.zip

I'm presuming that this is the V3.0 examples. Where should I unzip the contents?

Any idea about docs?

The documentation page has a link at the bottom to a pdf file that is the free doc for jboss 3.0.
