    JBoss with Debian Sarge ?

    rlmiyazaki

I am building a new server and can choose which Linux to use. Does anyone run JBoss on Debian/Linux Sarge 3.1 ?

Yes we do. We run on 3.1 with a Sun JVM (the sun dist packaged as .deb with j2sepackage). No apparent problems.

How does "Sun JVM (the sun dist packaged as .deb with j2se package)" is reached?
Is this official debian packages (and if yes, which?) or maybe some external .deb (via add to sources.list or download .deb files)?

              Make deb:s yourself.

Very easy. Worked for me, you shoud perhals use jdk instead jre.
That's what I did, works the same way just donwload jdk instead jre.
