Modal Panel goes behind SelectOneListbox when moved

When I move the modal panel over the SelectOneListbox, the SelectOneListbox always stays infront of the modal panel. Does anyone know why that is?

Try setting higher zindex value for the modalPanel.

just update to 3.1.2 GA. Should work as is.

The modal panel zindex was already set to 2000 and I'm on the latest build 3.1.2 GA. Any other suggestions?
