JBossCache 1.3 and JBoss AS 4.0.3 SP1

Hi guys,

Is it possible to upgrade JBoss cache jar bundle in JBoss AS 4.0.3 SP1 with the new one? Does it affect configuration file?

Hi,

Yes this is a drop in replacement. You should be able to use your old config file, but to use the new features you probably want a new config file anyway.

Also, if you use cache loaders, you should refer to http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/Wiki.jsp?page=JBossCacheCacheLoaders
