JBoss Cache GUI

Jboss Cache is running in my application which is deloyed in weblogic and Jetty server.I want to see the Contents of the Cache .Is there is any way?
I am using Jboss cache version 1.2.1 sp3

in the jmx-console you should be able to see the MBean of your cache.
You can then call the toString or print operation.
