edit it with your database properties
(set youroraclehost, youroraclesid etc.),
and put it to jboss deploy directory
(that is "deploy").
The jndi name will be "java:/OracleDS" -

One more thing i wanted to ask about it is..
Does it serves the purpose of connection pooling and connection resource pooling etc..
If there is any other uses of oracle-service.xml file can u please mention about it..
