Jboss & Firebird & default character set?

I want to create database in Firebird with Jboss, Jaybird (firebird.rar) and firebird-service.xml config-file.
The database must be created with UNICODE_FSS default character set!!!!!!
How it to make?

I'm not an expert on how to use the character set stuff in firebird. Ask on the firebird-java@yahoogroups.com list or in fb-support.
