SAXException - richfaces.taglib.xml@23,20] <handler-class>

Hey,
I just tried to replace my richfaces3.1.1-GA to richfaces-3.1.3-GA but I'm getting the following exception:

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXException: Error Handling [jar:file:/C:/data/dev/jboss/jboss-4.2.1.GA/server/default/deploy/my.ear/lib/richfaces-ui-3.1.3.GA.jar!/META-INF/richfaces.taglib.xml@23,20] <handler-class>

Any clue?

I believe that we had this problem when upgrading and it was related to the TLD being out of sync with the RichFaces release.
