Profile missing from ComponentSource

It appears JBOSS changed documentation vendors and my records and history is missing. What can I do to get my records back and the latest docs downloaded?

I have the same issue and i sent an email to custserv@flashline.com and they asked me to post the same email to Componentsource support., havent heard back from them.
