Submitting corrections for Getting Started 4.0?

I've read through the "Getting Started 4.0" guide and have a lot of corrections. It would be easiest for me if I could just post a patch for the sources, but are these available?

If not, what else do I do?

No, the source isn't in public CVS, yet. Nonetheless, I'm happy to receive corrections or suggestions for improvement.
