Which JBoss 4 to download

There are mutiple versions of 4.0.1 to download:
4.0.1
4.0.1RC1
4.0.1RC2

What is the difference between each release? Why do their sizes vary so much?

The RC stands for 'Release Candidate', the final production release is the one with no letters in the version.
