problem with block administration

while configuring blocks, i encountered error throwing an javax.management.InstanceNotFoundException stating that the block is not registered. am i missing addtional configuration here.

Which block threw the error? Are you dealing with core blocks or custom blocks?

This happened while configuring the POLL block. I'm trying to moved the block to another position.
