How to get content in to an HTML block?

I've created a new HTML block - and all it ever says is "file not available". How do I associate my html page with the block?

you have to go in the jmx console and update the MBean by hand : localhost:8080/jmx-console.

it is possible to add customization for that block, I will do it, it is easy.

I have added the customization in the block editor so now you can change the file id when clicking on the "e" button on the block.

Actually structure for that was existing (edit/update) at the block level, it was added some month ago, but no blocks are using it until the HTML block now.
