Can't parse configuration file faces-config.xml

Hi,

I am new to Richfaces and I am trying to implement richfaces component in my local system with following environment but it shows the below exception:

Environment: JSF Portlet(JSR 168 API), RSA 7.0, Websphere Portal Server 6.0,

Exception:

[3/4/08 9:32:19:612 AST] 0000001b jsf E com.ibm.ws.jsf.util.FacesConfigUtil parseJSFApplicationConfig
Can't parse configuration file: wsjar:file:/C:/workspace/KingFaisal/DemoRichFaces/WebContent/WEB-INF/lib/richfaces-ui-3.1.0.jar!/META-INF/faces-config.xml
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

Hi,
is it possible for you to send me your war file so that I can have a look at it, or is it too confidential? I'm suspecting that the packaging of your war file perhaps is incorrect.

I'm experiencing the same occasionally while working with eclipse 3.3.x and WTP.
I suspect that sometimes filed do net get deployed properly to the server. I usually do a Server->Clean operation that removes all deployed files and does a complete new deployment. Then with a sudden it works again! unti it happens again days later ...
