1. Re: Xdoclet tags templates not available on Linux
lordvader Jul 30, 2005 4:17 PM (in response to lordvader)Maybe I went not very clear. The tags templates are not available when access to Window -> Preferences -> JbossIDE -> XDoclet -> Code Assist -> Templates.
When I do click on any option, any sub-option appear (e.g. ejb on Entity BMP EJB).
Thanks. -

t.titi14 Aug 12, 2005 4:08 AM (in response to lordvader)Hi,
I have the same problem with JBOSSIDE 1.5M2 and ECLIPSE 3.1
The CTRL+SPACE BAR don't complete words (@ejb. , @web. ....)
But when I "run xDoclet" on right click on the project, it work fine.
Can you help me to resolve this problem ?
thank you. -

4. Re: Xdoclet tags templates not available on Linux
ivens Sep 6, 2005 3:58 PM (in response to lordvader)Hi,
we´re having the same problem here. After installing JBoss IDE 1.5M2 on Eclipse 3.1 we cannot use the XDoclet auto-complete feature.
When I hit Ctrl+Space on a tag nothing happens and "ERROR" is shown in the lower left corner. The only tags shown are the Javadoc tags.
I tried to refresh the XDoclet data in the XDoclet configuration but nothing works.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Ivens -

ljacomet Sep 7, 2005 5:47 AM (in response to lordvader)Hello,
I had the same problem and found the following in JBoss IDE Jira:
http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/JBIDE-205
The proposed fix worked for me.
Note that the last comment indicates how to recover default XDoclet templates, as part of the bug removes them.
Regards,
Louis
