DESCRIPTOR WIZARD MISSING

When we are right clicking on project, choose New->other, and choose JBoss-IDE. Then the descriptor wizard is missing. For this wizard to appear, do we require to install anything else.

I am using JBossIDE-1.5M3-Bundle-win32, version of ant is 1.6.5, xdoclet is 1.5.0.M3, eclipse version is 3.1.
