EJB 3.0 deployment help on JBOSS AS 4.0.4RC1 with Eclipse ID

I've downloaded and extracted the following files.

Application Server -JBOSS-4.0.4RC1.zip
For IDE integration with JBoss 4.0.4RC1- JBossIDE-1.5.1.GA-ALL.zip, JBossIDE-1.5RC2-Bundle-win32.zip

Please tell me some tutorial how to develop simple EJB 3.0 component(e.g. Session Bean) through integrated JBOSS IDE and deploy the application on the JBoss application server through JBoss integrated IDE
