Eclipse TCP/IP Monitor

I am trying to activate the TCP/IP Monitor in Eclipse.

But it doesnt exist in the Preferences Menu.
I am using the Eclipse IDE for JBoss 3.1.2.
Please let me know how to activate it

tcp/ip monitor is not included in jbosside.

Install the full WTP if you so please.
