If you're running Eclipse 3.5, you shouldn't see references to http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.4.
If you are and you do, you can disable that site so it won't fetch from it.
Same story for the really old GEF site, http://download.eclipse.org/tools/gef/update-site/releases/site.xml
To install JBT 3.1, you only need the Galileo site and the JBT site:
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/ -

I have deleted all the other sites now from Eclipse Update Site except these ones:
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo/
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.5
So if i get you right i should keep trying this for a while longer. If it doesn't work i will report this bug to bugs.eclipse.org for 1.

I have done what you told me to do now and it is all the same things still. So i have made a bug 280552 report to eclipse.org now. I added my error log to it as well so they can read about all this as well. So what should i do now in the mean time? Wait for there answer or is there anything else we can do, please let me know?

Ok, but you did succesfully install JBoss Tools, right ? The only issue you have left is that the log gets filled up because of p2 being noisy about failed communication with other sites - correct ?

My server seems to work but when i try to go to http://localhost:8080/ nothing happens. I cannot see my server from any browser so to say. I need to find out how i can start it from the terminal window one time so i can see that it is working properly without using Eclipse. Or if you have any better suggestion, please let me know.

Indeed you seem to be having connection problems. I noticed this in the log:

Can you verify that your proxies are configured correctly in Eclipse
preferences? Do other networking operations like CVS work when contacting
eclipse.org?
