Ok, in looking through the jar files, I don't see support for @WebService or @WebMethod yet. Are any of the annotations supported yet?

No, annotations is a TODO task in jira, that module needs to be written. Tools is currently under development (but currrent implementation has no annotation support). If you are interested in assisting/contributing email the tasks you are interested in to Thomas Diesler.

You can use cygwin with windows to get a decent *NIX shell

I use windows too and do

cd jboss-head
build/build.sh

with cygwin. Cygwin has many advantages over the old DOS shell
